With a career spanning over a decade, Emily has worked as an Executive Assistant, COO, HR Director, and Business Advisor, supporting startups, SMEs, freelancers, high-net-worth individuals, and global executives across industries such as media, medical, banking, government, charity, and corporate sectors.
Her career has seen her support startups, SMEs, freelancers, celebrities, VIPs, and board members, equipping her with the expertise to elevate the lives of TIPA’s clients while mentoring and training assistants to provide exceptional support.
Having been at the heart of business operations, Emily understands firsthand the critical role that recruitment plays in shaping a company’s success.
